Shipping policy

Cost of Shipping and Handling is calculated on the weight and destination of your order.

The shipping method and delivery time will be calculated based on the method chosen, i.e. FedEx Ground or FedEx Expedited shipping. S&H cost is at customer’s expense.

We do not ship to P.O. Box.

All shipping cost information is based on shipments to the U.S. only.

Local customers may pick up their order(s) at our Valencia location.

Drop-ship an order: Customers requesting drop-shipment will take full responsibility for the merchandise and will incur a $10.00 special handling fee. Drop-ship address must be registered with your credit card company. EHF/Gerber Hinge Co. reserves the right to refuse to drop-ship an order.

Tracking: Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the property of the buyer. The tracking number of your package is indicated on your invoice which is e-mailed separately. You will also receive notice that your order is on its way via either UPS or FedEx.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a tractable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned hardware on time. Tracking the returned hardware is the customer’s responsibilities.
