Refund policy

REFUNDS:

Each of our products is made to order and shipped within 1-3 weeks from your order date. Some large orders can take up to 12 weeks to manufacturer. We do keep stock of popular items that ship within a few days of order date. Unless faulty, products are non-returnable. You must report faulty items within 30 days from date of receipt to info@gerberhinge.com. 

Refunds or exchange (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned hardware.  Any hardware not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will have a 50% restocking fee. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your hardware, the original shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your hardware.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a tractable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned hardware on time. Tracking the returned hardware is the customer’s responsibilities.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your hardware. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your hardware, the original shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
