All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Please call 818-717-5011 or e-mail a request to email@example.com within 15 business days from your order's shipping date, we do not accept return requests after 15 business days. Your RGA return code must be written on your box. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any hardware returned 30 days or more after being issued an RGA code will not be accepted. All orders are custom made for you, we are not simply warehousing hardware so please be careful selecting your hardware as we have a restocking fee. An automatic 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns no exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your hardware must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging accompanied by the original invoice (proof of purchase) and a copy of the Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
Any hardware not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will have a 50% restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned hardware. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items or custom finishes/orders (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded – all sales are final.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a tractable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned hardware on time. Tracking the returned hardware is the customer’s responsibilities.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your hardware. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your hardware, the original shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
