Refund policy
REFUNDS:
Unless faulty, products are non-returnable. You must report faulty items within 10 days from date of receipt to info@gerberhinge.com. We may accept returns on popular items or for exchange, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds or exchange (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned hardware. Any hardware not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will have a 50% restocking fee. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your hardware, the original shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your hardware.
